Counterpoint is a consumer travel platform that helps hotel loyalty members unlock the redemptions their points can actually buy. It brings award pricing, real availability, and points-value analysis across the big four hotel chains into one search — surfacing the dates where an aspirational stay costs a fraction of its cash rate, and alerting members the moment award space opens.
I founded Counterpoint and run it solo — product strategy, brand, design system, and the full build from data platform to web app.

Award search: Every property shows its points cost, redemption value, and live availability, sortable so the best-value stays rise to the top

Hotel detail view: Every hotel leads with imagery and an availability calendar, enabling quick decision-making

Value calendar: Open nights graded by point value, surfacing dates where a dream stay costs a fraction of its cash rate

Map search: Award prices pinned across the map, revealing best-value stays without a hotel-by-hotel search

Booking handoff: A moment of delight when linking out to the booking site, reminiscent of a real-world hotel key

Nicknames lets Facebook Groups members show up under a chosen identity — a persistent, per-group username that sits between real names and full anonymity. It's a deliberate departure from Facebook's real-name legacy, bringing the privacy norms of online forums to the world's largest communities while preserving accountability for admins and integrity systems.
On the Groups product team, I designed and scaled nicknames from its early MVP through to the full product offering rolled out globally — driving the integrity work behind harassment controls and blocking, and contributing to the Groups comprehensive identity strategy.

Cross-platform support: Making posting & commenting accessible from more devices

Nickname Creation: Choose how you want to show up in Groups

Nickname profiles: Bringing parity to identity representation

Growth & education: Building awareness and familiarity to boost adoption on a real-name platform

Nickname privacy controls: Providing ways to block harassment and report unwanted activity

Identity flexibility: Participate how you feel most comfortable with all your preferred identities in one place

Able provides a sophisticated document orchestration platform for commercial lending and other document-intensive financial use cases. It lets financial institutions automate and streamline scoping, collecting, and validating the documentation required to complete transactions.
I joined as the first full-time employee to lead design from seed round MVP to Series A customer adoption at institutions across the country.

Collaborative document workspace: Unblocking communication so that borrowers and lenders stay on the same page

Adaptive deal structure: Lenders can view entity ownership and deal participation at-a-glance, updating automatically as the deal progresses

Automated messaging sequences: Facilitates everything from reminder messages to reach-outs to keep an application on track and new leads warm

Requirement packages: Tailored loan requirement templates codify organization requirements to replace generic checklists

Split-screen task queue: Blaze through daily to-dos by bringing necessary context front-and-center

White-labeled borrower portal: A familiar look builds trust for borrowers from their financial institution

Origination and beyond: Covenant reports alert any issues that may occur during monitoring

Business Suite offers a centralized platform for managing Facebook and Instagram presence — content creation, customer interactions, and analytics — while Meta Accounts Center links personal and business accounts for seamless profile switching. Together they give businesses one unified way to control their presence across Meta's ecosystem.
I planned and implemented several experiences to allow businesses to manage their linked online identities across the Facebook Family of Apps.

Page editing: Enabling admins to quickly edit their Pages so that information always stays up-to-date

Cross-app presence syncing: Allow admins to sync profile changes so that information always stays consistent

Accounts Center Business Profiles: Setting business users up to fully leverage the Meta family of apps

Business Suites assets: Facilitate identity scaling in a way that reflects real-world business structure

Presence linking: Bringing increased transparency and control to profile access

More about me
I'm a product designer who likes the messy early stages — the part where nobody's quite sure what the thing is yet. I've done that as the first design hire at a seed-stage fintech (and stayed through its acquisition), inside some of the biggest social products on earth, and now for myself, building Counterpoint. I believe craft is a form of respect, that shipped beats perfect, and that the web is allowed to be fun. Proudly built in Seattle.
